Texas ISO Class 5 Cleanroom Facility Now Fully Operational
Nexus Compounding's Texas-based ISO Class 5 cleanroom has reached full operational capacity, enabling faster lot turnaround and expanded compounding volume for the research community.
Nexus Compounding LLC announced that its Texas-based ISO Class 5 cleanroom compounding facility has reached full operational capacity. The facility, which began a phased rollout earlier this year, is now producing at full volume across the company's entire research peptide catalog.
Facility Standards
The cleanroom operates under ISO Class 5 (Class 100) conditions, the same environmental standard used in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing. Key specifications include:
- Particle counts not exceeding 3,520 particles ≥0.5μm per cubic meter
- HEPA-filtered unidirectional airflow
- Continuous environmental monitoring
- Full personnel gowning and decontamination protocols
Domestic Production Advantage
Producing domestically at defined cleanroom standards provides a traceability chain that imported compounds cannot match. Every lot can be traced from raw material receipt through compounding, QC hold, third-party testing, and final release — all within a single, auditable domestic operation.
All products remain designated For Research Use Only. Not for Human Consumption.
