1. 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact [email protected] within this 10-day period to initiate a request.
2. Condition for Returns (Safety Protocols)
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the requirement for a sterile chain of custody:
- Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unopened, and tamper-evident sealed packaging.
- Quality Assurance: Once a vial or container seal is broken, the product is considered "consumed" for research purposes and cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-synthesized batches, or products damaged by improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
- Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our support team. Unauthorized returns sent to our facility will not be processed.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected to verify seal integrity, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
