Refund and Return Policy

Nexus Compounding LLC maintains a focused refund policy designed to balance researcher satisfaction with the strict safety and quality controls required for laboratory-grade compounds. This policy is structured to meet card network compliance standards and minimize payment disputes.

1. 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact [email protected] within this 10-day period to initiate a request.

2. Condition for Returns (Safety Protocols)

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the requirement for a sterile chain of custody:

  • Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unopened, and tamper-evident sealed packaging.
  • Quality Assurance: Once a vial or container seal is broken, the product is considered "consumed" for research purposes and cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-synthesized batches, or products damaged by improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our support team. Unauthorized returns sent to our facility will not be processed.
  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected to verify seal integrity, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Credit: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or contains the incorrect item, Nexus Compounding LLC will prioritize a replacement or full refund to resolve the issue immediately.

  • Buyers must provide photographic evidence of the damage or error within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label for any errors made on our part.

5. Chargeback Prevention & Dispute Resolution

Nexus Compounding LLC is committed to resolving all valid concerns directly with our customers.

  • Contact Us First: We strongly encourage Buyers to contact our support team before initiating a bank dispute. Most issues can be resolved faster through our internal refund or replacement process than through a formal chargeback.
  • Policy Acknowledgment: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 10-day window and the condition requirements. This policy is provided to your financial institution as evidence of our transparent refund framework in the event of a dispute.
