Shipping Policy

Last Updated: May 10, 2026

Nexus Compounding LLC maintains strict shipping and delivery protocols to ensure the secure distribution of research compounds and to protect the integrity of our transaction processing.

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Next-Day Fulfillment: All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched the next business day following order confirmation.
  • Operational Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the subsequent business day.

2. Standard Shipping (Orders under $500)

  • Carrier: Standard domestic shipments are dispatched via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email immediately upon fulfillment.

3. High-Value Shipping & Fraud Prevention (Orders $500 and above)

  • Carrier: All orders exceeding $500.00 are upgraded to FedEx for enhanced transit security.
  • Mandatory Signature Requirement: These shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.
  • Fraud & Chargeback Prevention: This requirement is a critical component of our fraud control framework. By requiring a direct signature, we establish an irrefutable "Proof of Delivery" (POD). This measure is specifically designed to mitigate "friendly fraud" and false "Item Not Received" (INR) claims.
  • Non-Waiver Policy: To maintain the integrity of our security protocols, this signature requirement cannot be waived by the Buyer or the carrier under any circumstances.

4. Delivery Verification and Dispute Policy

  • Conclusive Proof of Delivery: Nexus Compounding LLC considers carrier tracking data marked as "Delivered" (or a captured signature for FedEx shipments) as conclusive evidence of successful fulfillment.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a "missing" package that is marked as delivered, the Buyer must file a formal police report for mail theft and provide a copy to Nexus Compounding LLC before any internal investigation or insurance claim can be initiated.
  • False Claims: Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that has a confirmed carrier delivery status will be viewed as fraudulent. In such cases, Nexus Compounding LLC will provide all tracking data, signature captures, and IP-logged transaction records to the issuing bank and relevant authorities to contest the dispute.

5. Risk of Loss

  • Chain of Custody: Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Nexus Compounding LLC is not responsible for packages stolen from a delivery site after the carrier has successfully completed the delivery.
